Guilty - Takiko's Nightmare
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Takiko is a teenage girl. Her grades suddenly drop and sometimes she spends time in her room with empty looks. The parents are getting worried about what is wrong with her. They decided to bring Takiko to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist took action by doing hypnotherapy to make Takiko relax and close her eyes. But, everything change after she open her eyes.
Guilty-Takiko's Nightmare is a story-based game with multiple endings. Play as Takiko to explore several areas inside her unique reality. Players can interact with various objects, solve puzzles, or discover some unreal phenomena.
Currently, Demo-prototype game will have:
- 2D Pixel-art atmospheric ambiance and environments
- 1 Chapter (4 Sub-chapter as checkpoint)
- 5 Multiple Bad Ending
- Available in 3 Language: Japanese / 日本語, English & Indonesia
- Play comfortably with controller-compatible (Windows)
- Beautiful collectible scene (Also, available as wallpaper)
- Challenging Puzzles-story
- Available on Windows and Mac (Coming soon: Android)
- For MacOS < 2020 that use Retina resolution with no external GPU, you can set the resolution in settings and adjust to a lower resolution to make the game more smooth and playable.
- Prototype/Demo contains a playable game from the start until the end of chapter 1. Which includes scenes of 1.1 The Rooftop, 1.2 Water Lily, 1.3 Fire Incident, and 1.4 Blackout.
This game is still in the prototype phase also as a demo, and possibly to be changed in the future. Your feedback is deeply appreciated!

Hey, could I have a bit of a content warning? I've been wanting to try out more horror, and this looks really cool, but there are some things that tend to make horror uncomfortable for me and difficult for me to enjoy. Is there gore? Is there an ending that's not one of the bad ones?
It’s casual horror. For Demo or Early version, Have a very-very little jump scare in one of ending. No gore, but there a hand burnt static image in black and white color in one of bad ending. There’s a area with lamp keep flashed and dark moment. Also have a some dialogue with unstable mental (sometime happy, depression, annoyed and else).
There are multiple bad ending or game over variant.
This game is in development, We plan to add a little blood, a little corpse, unstable depression-suicidal dialogue and little bully dialogue things later.
For a demo, it has shown some of its potentials. I would love to see where the game will go from here! Keep up the good work! :D

I'm stuck on the pipe leak part! Its too difficult for me.
Which part are you stuck in? We recommend playing the game with sound on. Every pipe that is rotated in the correct position will give a clicking sound. Hope this help
I noticed such, but still no new event triggered. And the top button never became active.
The top row/button of the pipe is already in the correct position from the cutscene. So you don’t have to worry about the top row. You can switch between the 2nd row and the 3rd row by accessing the control box on the right side of the room. Be careful when switching between rows, you might notice something unusual mechanism. You can confirm the puzzle is solved by interacting bathroom’s wastafel. Hope this help
